Ladies compete for Ms. Senior Cullman County

Now in its 18th year, the Ms. Senior Cullman County Pageant will soon crown another lovely lady as the reigning senior ambassador of the county. The pageant is directed by Jackie Cook Porter, who followed Betty Leeth Haynes and Lucy Campbell, former directors of the event.

A local beauty pageant will be giving out more than just tiaras and trophies Saturday, but giving back to a worthy cause.
Miss Westside and Class Beauty pageants to grace the stage on Jan. 27

The Miss Westside and Class Beauty pageants will take place at 7 p.m. Jan. 27 at Robert Anderson Middle School auditorium. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door or at Westside High School front office. The theme is “America the Beautiful.” Two dollars from each ticket sold will be donated to Richard Campbell Nursing Home.
