The winner of Belle Models Internet Beauty Contest for Octobert was Elayne from the United States of America, Chicago!

It was a tough battle. Elayne and Natalya chased each other all the way. Elayne just made it.
Elayne is well known in this Contest. She has been the 1st, 2nd and 3rd runner-up several times. She proved again that the most important factor for success is persistence. Elayne has been modeling since she was 3. Her strong point is promotional modeling; she has done promotions for Zytrec, Ahava Skin Care, Oil of Olay, Harris and Buno Print Show, etc. and has a proven track record with selling after promotion. She is currently and actress for Chicago Motions Pictures. When she is not in front of the mirror or camera, she does scuba diving, ballet and makes jewellery. Despite all her achievements, she is a down-to-earth, friendly lass wih a heart of gold.
