JAMAICA ON THE RISE, BEAUTY QUEEN IN FULL SUPPORT

Los Angeles, CA (April 16, 2011) Daisi Pollard, newly Daisi Pollard Sepulveda will again be representing Jamaica in Mrs. Globe and Mrs. Galaxy. Let's not forget her controversial her stage protest of poor treatment of pageant organizers during the Miss Asia Pacific International 2005. Following was her reign of competitions of 2005 at Miss Earth 2005, Miss Asia Pacific 2005, Miss Asia USA and Miss Beauty Queen World. This beauty queen is not just a pretty face and definitely not a rebel without a cause. Daisi is an active supporter for AIDS WALK LA as well as producing a special edition calendar where proceeds benefit the Meningitis Foundations of America.
How many times do we constantly beautiful women reach celebrity Icon status and sabotage their reputation with inappropriate behavior? Leaked tapes oh my! What makes Mrs. Daisi shine from the rest, is that she leads by example. Instead of simply basking in the glory, Sepulveda uses her title to spread the message to the "everyday woman" that they too can unleash their own inner beauty queen with her webcasts of "Model Professor." In addition, the beauty queen shares her wisdom of the ins and out of the entertainment industry as a dynamic speaker at workshops such as WOMENS EXPO 2009 to charities helping girls feeling like a supermodel on their special night with LA's PROM CLOSET.
Sepulveda has fully earned the title business mogul with her growing empire of entertainment companies varying from consultations on business and education (Model House Holdings), to managing new talent as well as beauty queen competitors (Model House Talent/Beauty Queen Management). Even in production of her movie "FAT CHANCE" with former WWE wrestler Chyna, Mrs. Sepulveda is never too busy for the causes that are important to her.
Ms. Sepulveda, very proud of her Jamaican Heritage, was the first Jamaican candidate to be represented in Miss Earth, Miss Asia Pacific, and Miss Beauty Queen World. It wasn't enough to just represent Jamaica in the competitions, but seeks to bring the competition to Jamaica. With a "Mrs. Jamaica" pageant in the works, Sepulveda seeks to show Jamaica is not just a tourist spot.
Sepulveda believes Jamaica is hidden oil well that just hasn't been tapped Jamaican can very much well be the next global player whether it be entertainment or commercial trade. During Daisi's Competition her platform is to promote increasing international business development on the island. Teaming up with minded sponsors that have an interest in developing and expanding into the Caribbean. With the help of Sepulveda's influence and hard work Jamaica will flourish in the with new image of luxury. With the right interests and prospects Jamaica can not only be the new overseas playground for the fashionista socialite. Times are changing in just the past year, series of events are shaping the world's outlook. Trade industries affected political and natural disaster, the option of other potential resources should be explored.
